But local players and academies need to be taken into account. The decision has been made and we must wait for the result. The large number of teams is a good thing. This is also beneficial for local players to get a chance. Is it better to field a 17-year-old player today, or a ready-made player? Currently, there are 12 legionnaires in each team, and another 12 will come after that. Every club has its own strategy. "Sumgayit" will rely on both the academy and the legionnaires.
