Galatasaray wants to transfer Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gündoğan as a free agent. Sport24.az reports that the footballer's contract with the "citizens" is valid until the end of June.
The parties are not currently negotiating an extension of the contract.
It is reported that the Istanbul team is preparing to offer the midfielder a contract for a period longer than 12 months, but Manchester club's head coach Josep Guardiola wants to continue to see Gündoğan in his team.
