The "Girls Futsal Cup" project will be held in Guba on April 26-27 among female students under 14 years old, organized by AFFA. Sport24.az reports that group matches with the participation of 8 schools will be played on the first day of the tournament, which will be held at the Guba Olympic Sports Complex, and playoff matches will be played on the next day.
Participants will be provided with sportswear, balls and jackets. On the last day of the event, the winners will be awarded diplomas, medals and prizes in various nominations.
It should be noted that the "Girls Futsal Cup" competition, which will be organized with the support of UEFA, is planned to be held in a total of 4 regions. The main goal of the project is to properly promote a healthy lifestyle among secondary school students, increase interest in football, ensure mass participation, and also train football players for the AFFA U-15 Girls League and national teams in the future.
