Galatasaray player Yunus Akgün may continue his career in Portugal. Sport24.az reports that Benfica wants to transfer the Turkish winger.
This was reported by the Takvim publication.
The Lisbon club is considering Yunus as a replacement for Angel Di Maria, whose contract expires at the end of the season. Benfica is reportedly preparing to start negotiations with the Turkish club for the 24-year-old forward.
Yunus Akgün is a graduate of Galatasaray. The Turkish national team member has scored 12 goals and 9 assists in 37 official matches for the "yellow-reds" this season.
It should be noted that Kerem Aktürkoğlu and Orkun Kökcü, members of the Turkish national team, play for Benfica.
