Al-Hilal has agreed with West Ham on a transfer worth £55 million plus £10 million in bonuses.
The Saudi Arabian representative is now waiting for Summerville and his representatives to finalize the agreement. If a deal is reached, the player will undergo a medical examination.
However, Italian club Roma has not withdrawn from the transfer battle. Coach Gian Piero Gasperini has also held talks with the player. Both clubs are now waiting for Summerville's final decision.
