Within the framework of UEFA's "Hat-Trick" Solidarity programs to achieve the development of football and its management system in Azerbaijan, a total of 7 million 628 thousand 995 manats have been allocated to AFFA for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 seasons. Sport24.az reports that this was stated in the report of the national association.
The amount is intended for the development of standards for national teams in various age groups, leagues, grassroots programs, refereeing, coaching, infrastructure and other areas.
1 million 106 thousand 18 manats of the funds were transferred to the account of the national association for the 2023/2024 season, and 4 million 227 thousand 9 manats for the 2024/2025 season.
In addition, last year, 4 million 947 thousand 858 manats were included in AFFA's budget with the FIFA "Forward" program. 2 million 432 thousand 672 manats of this amount were paid for operating expenses, and 2 million 515 thousand 186 manats for FIFA infrastructure projects.
