"Report" informs that the head coach of "Sumgayit" Vagif Javadov said this at the press conference held after the first match against "Sabah" in the 1/4 final stage of the Azerbaijan Cup.
He spoke about the match that ended in a draw:
"Today we witnessed a good game. Both sides displayed dynamic football. Both the opponent and we were trying to win. We couldn't score, but we managed to keep our goal intact. The fate of the pair remained for the next game. I thank my team for the game they showed. We have a Premier League game in 4 days. We will continue our preparations."
It should be noted that "Sabah" drew goalless with "Sumgayit" in the first match of the 1/4 final stage of the Azerbaijan Cup.
