The Shamakhi club has launched an investigation into an incident involving Vugar Suleymanov, the coach of the U-15 team, who came onto the field in the match against Metak and struck several young opposing players.
Yusif Huseynov, the head of the press service of the regional representative, informed Report about this.
He stated that the investigation is currently ongoing:
"The game took place two days ago. The decision of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee was issued yesterday. As soon as the decision was made, an internal investigation began within the club. We can inform the public after it is completed. The matter is under the control of the club's management."
It should be noted that during the match held on April 22, Vugar Suleymanov, the coach of Shamakhi, who was not listed on the protocol but was registered, came onto the field and punched several young opposing players. Considering the exceptional case allowed by Article 1 of the AFFA Disciplinary Code, he was banned from any football-related activities for a period of 1 year. The club was also fined 500 manats as an exceptional case. In addition, due to the coach's actions, the team will have to play its next home game without spectators.
