Representatives of Saudi Arabia's Sovereign Wealth Fund (PIF) continue to be interested in Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior and contacted his agents last month. Sport24.az reports that although no official offer came in the summer of 2024, Vinicius did not refuse negotiations at that time.
In December, PIF and Vinicius' representatives resumed negotiations. No specific offer has been made. But the Arabs are working to get Vinicius to move to one of the Saudi Arabian clubs. The 24-year-old footballer could transfer to one of Al-Hilal, Al-Ahli and Al-Ittihad.
Vinicius' contract with Real Madrid expires on June 30, 2027. His market value on Transfermarkt is 200 million euros.
