"The score doesn't matter that much in such games."
Idman.biz reports that this was said by Samir Abasov, the head coach of "Neftchi", in his statement to the club's official television.
The specialist shared his thoughts on the test match with "Termalika Nieciecza" in Poland, which ended in a draw (2:2): "We make a lot of changes in such matches. We play differently in each half. That's the idea. In the first half, we met the opponent in our own half. After the break, we wanted to do something different. I think there was movement in both halves. Although it was a test match, the players didn't want to lose. Maybe what I said will surprise some. But we were able to get what we wanted from the players. We are going well according to the plan. We must continue like this."
The head coach recalled that some players joined the training camp late: "Players losing the ball in matches is an indication that they are physically tired. These are normal. There should be more. One of the main goals of the training camp is to improve physical condition. When they go to games, they must have the strength to do what the coach tells them and what they want. The main thing is that we played against a good team."
