"Sabah" teams participated in the international tournament

The "Junior World Cup" international football tournament held in Antalya, Turkey, with the participation of "Sabah" U-13 and U-15 teams, has come to an end. 

QOL.az reports that U-13 finished the group stage in 2nd place by defeating "Konyaspor" 3:1 and "Hatay Altın Gençlik" 11:0.

Yusif Agayev, Ali Huseynli and Ibrahim Sadiyev scored "Sabah"'s goals in the game with "Konyaspor". In the match with "Hatay Altın Gençlik", Yusif Agayev (5), Jalal Mammadli (3), Huseyn Musayev, Chingiz Muslumov and Eltun Mammadov distinguished themselves.  The team coached by Nasir Nasirili defeated Turkish "Kadriyespor" 9:0, Belarusian "Energetik" 3:0, and Turkish "Ozerspor" 1:0 in the matches for the 9th place. Yusif Agayev (3), Jalal Mammadli, Elman Tahirov, Chingiz Muslumov, Amal Shikhkarimzadeh, Huseyn Musayev and Ali Huseynli scored "Sabah"'s goals in the game with "Kadriyespor". In the match with "Energetik", the authors of the goals were Yusif Agayev, Huseyn Musayev and Aykhan Huseynov. In the meeting with "Ozerspor", Yusif Agayev scored the only goal of our team. "Sabah" finished the tournament in 9th place among 36 teams. 

U-15 finished the group stage as the leader by defeating "Konyaaltı" 2:1 and "Manisa" 7:0. 

Ravan Mammadov and Aykhan Ibadov scored "Sabah"'s goals in the match with "Konyaaltı".  In the match with "Manisa", Firdovsi Sheydayev (2), Aykhan Ibadov (2), Khazar Huseynzadeh (2) and Ravan Mammadov distinguished themselves. The team coached by Shahin Zeynalov lost to the English "Fulham" team 0:2 in the 1/4 final stage. The team won against Kazakhstan's OINA team 6:0 in the fight for 5-8th places. The goals were scored by Ruslan Abilov, Ravan Mammadov (2), Chingiz Mammadov (2) and Nizami Nabiyev. "Sabah", which drew 1:1 with the Turkish "Samsunspor" team, lost 6-7 in the penalty shootout after the game. Firdovsi Sheydayev scored "Sabah"'s only goal in this match. U-15 finished the tournament in 6th place among 24 teams.
