Cristiano Ronaldo, the football player of the Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr, has stated that he will not play in the Club World Cup.
Lent.az reports that he stated this in a statement to journalists:
"It has almost been decided that I will not participate in the Club World Cup. I have received many offers. There have been negotiations and contacts. But it is necessary to think in the short, medium, and long term."
On May 11, the publication "Marca" announced that Al-Nassr had stopped negotiations regarding the extension of Ronaldo's contract.
