Qarabag player Julio Romao gave an interview to the Brazilian press. Sport24.az reports that the midfielder commented on his teammate Juninho's possible transfer to Flamengo:
"Juninho is different from many attackers in Brazilian football. Because one scores goals, and the other is constantly moving and fast. Juninho is one of those attackers. The reason why he scores so many goals with us is his speed.
"Flamengo" and "Sevilla" showed great interest in him. I am sure he will show why they came after him. He is an excellent player and can play in any championship. Brazil lacks players like him."
Romao also spoke about the Azerbaijani championship:
"Qarabag" has been champion for many years. The club maintains its philosophy, few players leave during the transfer periods, and the team maintains its performance. But the league is difficult, the rivals approach us differently. In the Europa League, the teams are at the same level. It is difficult to play there."
