FCSB's head coach, Elias Charalambous, whose team will face "Qarabag" next week, spoke about the match with the Aghdam representative. Sport24.az reports, citing Romanian press, that the 44-year-old Cypriot specialist stated that they want to return from Baku with a point:
"All matches are difficult in Europe. "Qarabag" is a good and experienced team. They have a lot of European experience. We have proven that we play well in Europe and we can do it again. We need to collect a lot of points in the next two matches (games against "Qarabag" and "Manchester United") to be in the top 8 teams."
The head coach emphasized that he believes they will use the goal opportunities they missed in the local league match with "Hermannstadt" in the match with "Qarabag".
It should be noted that after 6 rounds in the Europa League, FCSB is 10th with 11 points, and "Qarabag" is 33rd with 3 points.
