Sevilla's press service has announced the appointment of Joaquin Caparros as the team's new head coach. Sport24.az reports that the 69-year-old Spanish coach has replaced Garcia Pimienta in this position.
It is reported that Caparros' contract with the club will last until the end of the season.
The specialist previously coached Sevilla from 2000 to 2005. He also served as the team's head coach for several months in 2018 and 2019.
Sevilla is currently in 14th place in the Spanish La Liga with 36 points after 31 games.
