Inter President Giuseppe Marotta has responded to reports that the club is in a difficult financial situation. Sport24.az reports that he denied this information:
"We have never been at risk of bankruptcy. We have no outstanding debts to suppliers or banks. Otherwise, the team would not be able to register in Serie A. We comply with all the necessary parameters. Otherwise, we would be fined. We regularly pay salaries and taxes on time."
It should be noted that Inter is currently leading the Italian Serie A standings with 68 points.
