The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has confirmed to "Cadena SER" that there is no possibility of changing the referees for the Copa del Rey final between "Real" and "Barcelona". According to Sport24.az, despite the Madrid club's request to change referees Ricardo de Burgos Bengoetxea and Pablo Gonzalez Fuertes following recent statements at a press conference, this position remains firm.
In that image, both referees expressed their disappointment with the criticism they received, especially from videos broadcast by "Real" Television.
The RFEF's refusal to change referees has further intensified tensions between the Madrid club and the football institution.
