The 29-year-old striker, who converted a penalty in the 42nd minute of the away match against Shamakhi (2:0), scored his 40th goal in his 127th game. He scored 30 times for Qarabag (75 games), 6 times for Sabah (28 games), and 4 times for Neftchi (24 games).
Ramil is the 67th player in the history of the country's championships to score 40 or more goals.
