Ralf Rangnick, the manager of the Austria national team, has extended his contract with the national team.
According to the official website of the Austrian Football Association, his new contract is until 2028.
Sport.News reports that in the 2026 World Cup, Austria will compete in Group J. Rangnick's team will face Argentina, Algeria, and Jordan.
The 2026 World Cup will be held in the USA, Canada, and Mexico from June 11 to July 19. Argentina is the current world champion.
