The acquisition of a new striker may happen during the winter transfer window or later.
This was stated by Qarabag's CEO, Emrah Celikel, in an interview with "Report".
The functionary stated that the final decision on these matters is made by head coach Gurban Gurbanov:
"We have a scouting team that works not only during the transfer window, but always. They were the ones who found and brought Olavio Juninho, who moved to Flamengo. Work is underway. If there is a need, we will try to buy the players that Gurban muallim wants. We never buy players just for the sake of making a transfer."
