Flamengo's head coach, Felipe Luis, has shared his thoughts on Juninho, whom they transferred from Qarabag. Sport24.az reports that the 39-year-old specialist spoke positively about their new striker while discussing him.
Felipe Luis, known for his performances at Atletico Madrid, stated at a press conference:
"Juninho has joined us. I have no doubt that he will strengthen our attack. He is a striker with the characteristics required by the game model and will be of great help to us. He will raise the level of the team and the training culture. Juninho is a footballer with great ambitions."
It is worth noting that Juninho has recently signed a contract with Flamengo until the end of 2028.
