Manchester United player Luke Shaw shared his thoughts after losing to Tottenham in the Europa League final. Sport24.az reports that he said the following in an interview with beIN Sports regarding the match that ended 0-1:
"We are all suffering from pangs of conscience. We didn't imagine the result would be like this. But it's not just the current result, what happened during the season disappoints us.
We should all ask ourselves whether we are good enough to stay at this club? Manchester United's place is not here, we should be in better places. We have to find a way to get the team to the peaks it deserves."
After 37 rounds, Manchester United is in 16th place in the Premier League with 39 points.
