Liverpool's Mohamed Salah has surpassed former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry in the number of goals scored in the Premier League.
According to Report, citing Opta Sport, this happened in the 23rd round of the English Championship in Liverpool's match against Ipswich (4:1).
The 32-year-old Egyptian forward scored in the 35th minute of the match. This was the footballer's 176th goal in the Premier League. With this goal, M.Salah managed to surpass former Arsenal member T.Henry (175) and rose to seventh place in the list of top scorers.
It should be noted that the list of top scorers in the English Premier League is headed by former Newcastle striker Alan Shearer (260). Harry Kane (213), who currently plays for Bayern Munich, is second. The top three is closed by former Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney (208).
