Modrić to miss today's game

Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modrić has contracted a virus. Sport24.az reports that the club's official website has announced this. The 39-year-old footballer will miss the Spanish Super Cup semi-final match against Mallorca.

 

The match will be held today at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The game will start at 23:00 Baku time. The winner of the match will face Barcelona in the final.

 

It should be noted that Luka Modrić has played 27 matches for Real Madrid this season, scoring 2 goals and providing 4 assists.
