Manchester United head coach Michael Carrick has spoken about his team's return to the Champions League next season.
Idman.Biz reports that Manchester United are third in the English Premier League with 65 points.
"It's a unique, special football club. I'm incredibly proud to have come back and be a part of it, to have helped it.
As a fan and a former player, a loyal fan who cares deeply about the club, I was very excited to come back, help it, and move it forward.
It's very nice to take a big step to get back into the Champions League. We are satisfied with the work we have done.
You should always strive for more. That is the beauty of football and competition - to achieve something and build on it, to constantly improve. This is always a challenge.
We want to continue to move forward in a positive and right direction for the players, the team, the staff and the club.
The closer you get to the top, the less room there is for progress, but that's what we have to strive for," Carrick said at a press conference.
