"Manchester City" has formalized the transfer of "Palmeiras" player Vitor Reis. Sport24.az reports that the English club's website has announced this.
A 4.5-year contract has been signed with the 19-year-old defender. For this transfer, the "Citizens" paid the Brazilian club 35 million euros.
