The member of the Azerbaijan national team also touched upon what happened in his career before this goal:
"There was a lot of talk about me. Fake news was written. But I worked calmly and hard on myself. I never lost my respect. Today I showed what I stand for. This goal means more than just three points. It was for everyone who believed in me. Thank you to my teammates, coaches, and especially you fans for your incredible support. It should be noted that "Nuremberg" defeated its opponent with a score of 2:1. Emreli scored the team's second goal.
