Inter Miami striker Luis Suarez spoke about the future plans of the team's captain, Lionel Messi. Sport24.az reports that the Uruguayan forward made a statement to El Pais regarding this:
"Leo has certain plans for 2026. As far as I know, he wants to participate in the World Cup that will be held next year. But he doesn't tell anyone anything about it, he keeps it a secret."
It should be noted that Messi has been playing for Inter Miami since the summer of 2023. During this time, the Argentine star has participated in 49 matches in all tournaments, scoring 42 goals and providing 21 assists.
