PSG head coach Luis Enrique spoke about the Parisians breaking Milan's record for the longest unbeaten away series in the history of Europe's top 5 leagues. Sport24.az reports that the Spanish expert spoke about this to the L'Équipe publication:
"Breaking the record set by Milan is truly a remarkable and amazing event. This series started under the leadership of PSG's previous coach, Christophe Galtier. I express my respect to him and take my hat off to him."
It should be noted that the French giant won 30 victories in 39 away matches and drew 9 times. Previously, the series belonged to Milan. The Italian club did not taste defeat in 38 away games in 1993.
