"Khankendi" club representative: "Our goal is to participate in the decisive match of the AFFA Regional League"

The "Khankendi" club aims to play in the final of the AFFA Regional League.

This was stated to "Report" by the executive director of the regional representative, Vasif Ismayilov.

He said that they do not have detailed information about the "Topçular" team, which they will face in the 1/8 finals:

"Chinar Zangilan" and "Shirvan" are our main rivals on the way to the final. I hope that we will show a good game and be able to qualify for the final. We have seriously prepared for the game with "Topçular". The 1/8 final consists of one game, and besides, our work is difficult because we have no information about the opponent. However, we have one goal and we want to play in the final."

The club official singled out several teams participating in the championship:

"Chinar Zangilan", "Shirvan", "Marafon" are good teams. We may face one of these teams in the final. I would especially like to mention "Chinar Zangilan", they are a strong opponent."

He said that they want to invite two football players to the team before the "transfer window" closes:

"I don't want to name the football players, but negotiations are underway. There is little time left until the "transfer window" closes. We are trying to add these football players to our team. We have reached an agreement with them. It remains only to come to a common denominator with their clubs. If we can implement these transfers, they will play in the 1/8 final match."

It should be noted that "Khankendi" will face "Topçular" in the 1/8 finals of the AFFA Regional League. The play-off stage will consist of one game.
