Juninho, who left "Qarabag", has been presented at "Flamengo". Sport24.az reports that at the event, the football director of the Rio club, Jose Boto, presented the player with the team's number 23 jersey.
Later, a press conference was organized with the participation of Juninho. The 28-year-old striker said:
"A new serious test awaits me ahead. I am here to help "Flamengo". I am ready to do everything on and off the field for this. When the managers said that "Flamengo" was interested in you, I didn't believe it. When the offer came, I didn't think twice. I didn't come here by chance."
It should be noted that Juninho has signed a contract with "Flamengo" until the end of 2028.
