Spanish club "Barcelona" may strengthen its squad with a new defender in the summer.
"Report" reports with reference to foreign media that the Catalans are considering attracting "Fiorentina"'s (Italy) Brazilian defender Dodo.
The sports director of the La Liga representative, Deco, has already started negotiations with the 26-year-old player's manager.
The source says that Dodo himself is positive about the idea of moving to "Barcelona".
It should be noted that Dodo moved to "Fiorentina" 3 years ago from the Ukrainian team "Shakhtar" for 15 million euros.
