Idris Inqilabli: "As a footballer, I couldn't accept this"

The player of "Imishli", who ended Gabala's unbeaten streak during the season yesterday, shared his thoughts on the match:
"My teammates did their best. We beat the opponent everywhere on the field. We analyzed the other games and learned from our mistakes. No one wanted Gabala to become champion without losing. As a footballer, I couldn't digest that. We are also in the top "3" in the tournament table. At least we are fighting for second place. Our goal is not to be 3rd, but 2nd. If we hadn't lost unnecessary points in some matches, we would be competing for the championship now."
It should be noted that the match between "Imishli" and "Gabala" ended with a 1:0 victory for the home team.
