The "Girls Futsal Cup" project among female students up to 14 years old will be held in Gakh on April 19-20 with the organization of AFFA. Sport24.az reports that on the first day of the tournament, which will be organized at the Gakh Olympic Sports Complex, group games will be played with the participation of 8 schools, and on the next day, play-off stage matches will be played.
Participating teams will be provided with sports clothing, balls and jackets. On the last day of the event, the winners will be awarded diplomas, medals and prizes in various nominations.
It should be noted that the "Girls Futsal Cup" competition, which will be organized with the support of UEFA, is planned to be held in a total of 4 regions. The main goal of the project is to properly promote a healthy lifestyle among secondary school students, increase interest in football, ensure mass participation, and prepare football players for the AFFA U-15 Girls League and national teams in the future.
