The contract of Julian Nagelsmann, the head coach of the German national football team, has been extended.
"Report" reports that the team's press service has released information about this.
A contract has been signed with the specialist until 2028. The 37-year-old coach started working with the team in September 2023. His previous contract was scheduled to run until the summer of 2026.
Under the leadership of Y. Nagelsmann, the German national team advanced to the 1/4 final stage of EURO-2024, where they lost to Spain - 1:2.
It should be noted that Y. Nagelsmann previously coached the German clubs "Bavaria", "Leipzig" and "Hoffenheim". He also led "Bavaria" to the championship in the 2021/2022 season.
