Russian football club "Akhmat" has signed former Karabakh midfielder Juliu Romao.
Idman.Biz reports that the 28-year-old player's contract is until 2029.
"Romao has joined Akhmat's training camp in Serbia. We welcome our new player and wish him success!" - the Grozny club said in a statement.
Romao played for Karabakh from 2022 to 2025 and became a three-time champion of Azerbaijan.
The Brazilian player played 120 games for the team, scoring two goals and making five assists.
