Former Brazilian national team goalkeeper Hailton Corrêa passed away at the age of 87.
"Report" informs that the press service of the Brazilian Football Federation has released a statement about this.
The goalkeeper, known as "Manga", became more popular during his career with "Botafogo" and "Internacional" clubs. He played in 12 matches for the Brazilian national team from 1965 to 1967.
It should be noted that Hailton Corrêa had been suffering from kidney failure, severe anemia in recent years and used a wheelchair.
