For the first time in history, a Turkish referee will officiate a Greek Super League match.
According to QOL.az, the Greek media reported this.
It was reported that FIFA referee Halil Umut Meler will be the chief referee of the AEK - "Olympiacos" match of the Super League final stage, which will be held on April 27. The game will start at 21:00 Baku time.
It should be noted that foreign referees, including Azerbaijani FIFA referee Aliyar Aghayev, are often appointed to the Greek Super League.
