"We were lucky in the game against Qarabag."
According to "Report", this was stated by FCSB (Romania) head coach Elias Charalambous at a press conference after the UEFA Europa League game against Qarabag in Baku.
The specialist spoke about the match they won:
"I am very happy for the beautiful game and the victory. I said that a difficult match was waiting for us. We really suffered a lot in the meeting with Qarabag. I think we were also lucky. Before the game, we had analyzed Qarabag well. We prepared well for standard situations. We scored the goals we wanted and won."
It should be noted that the match "Qarabag" - FCSB of the VII round of the League stage of the Europa League ended with a 3:2 victory of the Romanian club.
