Azerbaijan's futsal team played its next match in the main stage of EURO-2026.
"Report" reports that the team, coached by Vitali Borisov, was a guest of Sweden in the 5th round at the "Helsingborg Arena".
The match started at 21:00 Baku time. The match was managed by a team of referees from England.
The match ended with a 4:3 defeat for the Azerbaijani national team. Ogtay Rustamli scored a double in the team, and Khatai Baghirov scored the third goal.
It should be noted that Croatia is the leader in Group V with 15 points. Greece is second with 7 points, Sweden is third with 4 points, and Azerbaijan is last - fourth with 2 points.
