According to "Report", this was stated by "Qarabağ" footballer Elvin Jafarquliyev at a press conference before the UEFA Europa League match against Romanian representative FCSB in Baku.
The 24-year-old winger stated that they were well prepared for the match:

E. Jafarquliyev emphasized that he feels ready for the match:
