"Report" reports that this was said by Ehtiram Guliyev, chairman of the Board of Directors of "Turan Tovuz", in his statement to journalists after the opening ceremony of the training base of "Turan Tovuz" in Kurdakhani.
He spoke about the future plans of the Tovuz club:
"We are always in Tovuz. The team comes and goes. We will start building pitches in the summer. The fans will see the team in Tovuz. You may rightly ask why we did not build the pitch in Tovuz? Because the turf of the main field in Tovuz is artificial. All age groups train there. We need several pitches in Tovuz. We will build the pitches in stages in the summer. After the project is fully completed, the team will be fully based in Tovuz in the coming years."
