35-year-old English striker Danny Welbeck has signed a contract with Chelsea.
Chelsea are pleased to announce the transfer of Danny Welbeck from Premier League club Brighton.
The 42-time England international has signed a contract until 2028 and will join Xabi Alonso's squad during our pre-season tour", the Chelsea press service reported on the club's official website.
Danny Welbeck is a product of Manchester United's youth system and has also played at the senior level. He has also played for Arsenal, Watford, and other clubs. He has been playing for Brighton since 2020. Last season, Welbeck scored 14 goals and made two assists in 40 matches.
