The body of Croatian footballer Yakov Jelcic has been found. Sport24.az, citing the Daily Mail, reports that his body was found in Alicante, Spain.
Videos reviewed by police show the 24-year-old former player of Swiss 3rd division club "Grange Pakkot" leaving a nightclub intoxicated near the Mediterranean port.
An analysis of the body revealed seawater in the deceased footballer's lungs, and it is reported that he died of drowning.
