Liverpool have offered a new contract to French defender Ibrahima Konate. Sport24.az reports that the footballer himself announced this. He confirmed that the "Merseysiders" offered him a new contract:
"This is true. Liverpool offered me a new contract. Am I close to signing it? That's a different conversation."
25-year-old Konate has been playing for Liverpool since the summer of 2021. His current contract runs until June 2026.
