Report, citing Fichajes, reports that the Blues are considering adding the 22-year-old goalkeeper to their squad.
Parma, on the other hand, has set a price of 40 million euros for the goalkeeper.
It should be noted that S.Suzuki has conceded 31 goals in 20 games for the Italian team this season and has kept a clean sheet in 3 matches.
