- First, would you share your thoughts on the match...
- The Western derby is always intense. I think we witnessed an interesting game on the field today. We were the winning side. It is an important victory for us. But we can't say that everything is solved with this. After this, we will try to play all the games in a disciplined manner and earn our points. In the coming days, 1 more player will join the team. We want to further strengthen the team and achieve our goal. You know that a magnificent arena is being built in Ganja. For several years, our native fans have been supporting us in away games. We want to give them this joy in our home arena.
- What factor played a special role in today's brilliant victory?
- I think the fighting spirit of the players played a role. Each of them suffered. We conceded an early goal, but they did not give up. They fought till the end and won the necessary 3 points.
- Did the news of "A new sponsor is coming" have an impact on the result?
- We can't say anything about this yet.
- If they had said before the game that "Kapaz" will score 5 goals, would you have believed it?
- We wouldn't have believed it. Because we have only scored 12 goals in the first half of the season. Scoring 5 goals in a derby is a great result.
- You were greeted with great joy in the dressing room. Was it the joy of victory or the reward?
- It was the joy of the reward (laughs)
- The next game is against your main rival "Sabail"...
- I wouldn't call them the main rival. We are just close to each other in the tournament table. The situation can change at any moment. All rivals are important to us. For example, if "Turan Tovuz" was not our main rival today, we would not have fought and won like this. We must fight against any opponent and earn points.
- You were negotiating with several members of "Sabah". What prevented the agreement in the end?
- Such things happen in football. Sometimes it is not possible to reach an agreement with the player, sometimes with the club.
- This time, which side could you not agree with?
- There were no problems from the clubs. We just couldn't agree with the players on certain details.
- Are the negotiations completely closed?
- We don't want to make a transfer for the sake of the player. The future player must help us. It may or may not work.
- At the previous meetings of the Executive Committee, the discussions on the distribution of the subsidy allocated to the clubs according to the criteria remained incomplete. Did you have any suggestions regarding this?
- I think the issues have been finalized. The necessary information has been given to the club. Based on this, we form the budget and continue our work accordingly.
