Barcelona midfielder Pedri has been named the best player of April in the Spanish Championship. Sport24.az reports that the club's official website has reported this.
The Catalan team played 4 games in La Liga in April and scored 10 points. Pedri appeared in the starting lineup in all matches. This is the first individual award of this kind for the 22-year-old football player this season.
The Spaniard's rivals in the voting were Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili, midfielders Xavi Puado (Espanyol) and Sergi Darder (Mallorca), as well as Atletico (Madrid) forward Julian Alvarez.
