But after the break, we recovered and won by scoring 3 goals." These words were said by Bahadur Haziyev, the football player of "Garadag Lokbatan", who defeated "Difai" (3:1) in the 23rd round of the First League, in his statement to Sport24.az.
Haziyev assessed his team's chances of staying in the league:
"There are 4 rounds left until the end of the championship, 3 teams have 22 points. Whoever works harder will stay in the league. Speaking for ourselves, with this squad, we didn't even think about being last or even 5-6th. Our goal was to be among the prize-winners. We will try to win the next matches. We haven't lost for 7 rounds. This is the result of our reliable performance in defense."
It should be noted that "Garadag Lokbatan" is in the last place in the First League with 22 points after 23 rounds.
