Azerbaijan's minifootball national team played their 1/4 final match at the European Championship held in Slovakia. Sport24.az reports that the team coached by Elshad Guliyev faced the Czech Republic.
The match held at "Tipos Arena" ended with a 5:2 victory for the Azerbaijani national team. Our team's goals were scored by Eshgin Taghiyev (2), Tamkin Khalilmzada, Ramiz Chovdarov, and Mahammad Khalilov.
The Azerbaijani national team will face Serbia in the semi-finals.
It should be noted that our national team defeated Kazakhstan in the 1/8 final - 3:2. The team had previously defeated Austria (1:0), Italy (3:0), and France (3:2) in Group F.
